I started my first business over 26 years ago in tax preparation. I saw firsthand how my clients’ biggest frustrations weren’t just about filing taxes—they were about the daily inefficiencies that drained their time and the financial uncertainty that kept them up at night. A client once came to me overwhelmed, spending hours on manual reports instead of serving customers. We implemented a simple AI tool to automate those reports, and the data it generated allowed us to unlock significant tax savings she never knew were possible.
