Every day I talk to people who are waiting. Waiting on their time. Waiting on their season. Waiting on the right opportunity. Waiting for their employer to promote them. Waiting for someone else to tell them who they are or who they are supposed to be. Waiting for someone else to free them from their own type of bondage. Waiting for the validation of other people who aren’t even qualified to validate parking. Waiting, waiting, waiting. And if and when all of the above happens, better yet, if they never happen, I can assure you there will never be anything like the feeling of promoting YOURSELF!
